If you buy online as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. For goods delivered separately, this period starts when you receive the last item. Simply send an unambiguous statement before the deadline, for example by email or post. You do not need to wait for our approval.
Send the product back within a further 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. The buyer pays the direct cost of an ordinary return shipment. Protect the lamp during transport and include the components of the set. Original packaging helps protect the shipment, but not having it does not remove your right to withdraw. You may inspect the product as necessary to establish its characteristics and how it works; you may be liable under applicable law for any loss of value resulting from handling beyond that scope.
When will we refund you?
We will refund your payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement, using the same payment method unless you agree to another method at no additional cost. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent back, whichever happens first, unless we collect the product ourselves. We will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order, if a delivery charge was paid. With free delivery, that cost is PLN 0.
Did your lamp arrive damaged? You have extra protection
Report the damage within 30 days of receipt to help@gtaviceloot.com. We will replace your lamp or refund your money. Include your order number or other information that allows us to find the purchase, and describe the problem. A photo or video can help, but is not a condition for making a statutory complaint. If the damaged product needs to be collected, we will arrange this at our expense.
We reply to messages within 24 hours. This additional 30-day protection does not shorten your statutory rights to make a complaint.
Complaints about goods that do not conform to the contract
The seller is liable for a lack of conformity with the contract that becomes apparent, as a general rule, within 2 years of delivery. You may request repair or replacement and, in the circumstances specified by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. Original packaging or a receipt is not required if the purchase can be demonstrated in another way.
Describe the problem and your preferred solution. We will respond to a consumer complaint no later than 14 days after receiving it; failure to respond within that period means that the complaint is accepted. The seller bears the necessary costs of collection, repair or replacement.
Statutory protection also applies to sole traders in cases where the law grants them consumer rights.
VICE LOOT brings game-night energy to your desk. Money Lamp is a stack of cash that floats above its base, rotates and fills your space with colour.
It is a decorative lamp made from polymer and ABS. It does not contain real banknotes.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

This policy applies to the VICE LOOT store operated on Shopify. It explains what data is needed to operate the store, fulfil orders and communicate with you.
2. What data do we process?
Details provided during purchase: first and last name, email, shipping and billing addresses, invoice details, and a telephone number if required for delivery.
Order details: selected products, value, payment method and status, shipping, returns and complaints.
The content of correspondence and attachments you send us.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, session, cart and language settings, and records necessary for store security.
We receive data from you, through operation of the store, and from payment and delivery providers to the extent necessary to handle your order. Do not email us card details or BLIK codes. You enter the details required to authorise a payment in the form provided by the payment provider.
3. Why do we process data, and on what basis?
Orders and delivery: preparing and performing the contract, processing payments and providing order updates — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Accounting and legal obligations: tax and accounting documents and obligations relating to consumer rights — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Contact, security and legal claims: answering enquiries unrelated to entering into a contract, protecting the store, and establishing and defending legal claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are efficient correspondence, secure store operation and protection of rights.
Optional marketing and analytics requiring consent: only after obtaining appropriate consent, if such features are made available — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent.
Providing data is voluntary, but details marked as required are necessary to handle an order or respond to you. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. Who receives your data?
We use Shopify as our store platform, payment providers, carriers delivering to customers, IT and email service providers and, where necessary, accounting or legal service providers. We share only the data required for the relevant service, including recipient details needed to dispatch a parcel. Store email uses Cloudflare forwarding and a Google mailbox.

5. Data outside the European Economic Area
Infrastructure providers may process data outside the EEA. Such transfers require a basis recognised by the GDPR, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses together with the required safeguards. 6. How long do we keep data?
Order data — for performance of the contract and then until the relevant limitation periods for claims expire; we calculate the period from when the particular claim becomes due, taking account of any suspension or interruption of that period.
Tax documents — for the period required by law, generally 5 years from the end of the year in which the tax payment deadline fell; specific rules or proceedings may require longer retention.
Correspondence unrelated to an order or dispute — until the matter is closed, then for no more than 12 months.
Data used on the basis of consent — until consent is withdrawn or the relevant purpose ends; evidence of consent and its withdrawal may be retained for the period necessary to demonstrate legal compliance.
Cookies and session data — for the duration of the relevant function or the period specified in the store's privacy settings.
7. Cookies and privacy settings
The store uses technologies necessary for the cart, sessions, security and handling your choices. Optional analytics or advertising technologies, if enabled, require appropriate consent. You can change your decision in the store's privacy settings; your browser settings also allow you to delete or block cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may make purchasing difficult.
Microsoft Clarity
With your analytics consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the store and improve its operation. We analyse clicks, scrolling, visited pages, IP addresses, and device and browser information. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to create heatmaps and session replays. Content entered into forms is masked.
Data is sent to Microsoft. Learn about its use and protection in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity measurement starts only after analytics consent. You can withdraw or change it through “Cookie settings” in the store footer. This consent is not required to make a purchase.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may object to direct marketing at any time.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send your request to help@gtaviceloot.com. We will generally respond within one month; if the law permits an extension, we will inform you of the reason and deadline. You also have the right to complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office: uodo.gov.pl.
9. Automated decisions and policy changes
The store's configuration does not provide for VICE LOOT to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you. Separate activities of payment providers are described in their own documents.

2. Using the store
You need internet access and an up-to-date browser that supports standard store features. A working email address is required to place an order. You must not submit unlawful content or disrupt the operation of the store. Browsing the range and using the cart are free of charge.
3. Placing an order
Select a product and quantity, add them to your cart, enter the necessary details, and choose an available delivery and payment method. You can check and correct your information before placing the order. The final order button clearly indicates the obligation to pay.
The contract is concluded when you receive confirmation that your order has been accepted for fulfilment. We send the confirmation, contract terms and information about withdrawal by email. Product unavailability is displayed before an order is placed.
4. Prices and payments
The price shown when you place your order applies. The summary shows the total amount, including taxes and delivery charges where applicable. Orders in the Polish version of the store are settled in Polish złoty. Available active payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is handled by the provider identified there. We do not collect card details or BLIK codes in correspondence with customers.
5. Delivery
Products arrive with us first, and we then ship them from Poland to the address provided by the customer. Standard delivery of the lamp is free. Preparing an order for dispatch takes 5–12 business days from payment confirmation, followed by transit of up to 7 business days after dispatch. These are consecutive stages: transit is not included in preparation time. Supported countries and available delivery options are shown before purchase. After dispatch, we send an email with the tracking number.
For delivery to Poland, the customer pays no additional import charges or customs duties on receipt. We cover any costs of importing the product to us. The seller is responsible for proper fulfilment of the order, including delivery by the carrier offered. We inform the customer of any delay and the next steps, respecting the customer's rights.
6. Returns, complaints and damage
As a general rule, consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded online. We also offer replacement or a refund for a lamp that arrives damaged, provided the damage is reported within 30 days of receipt. This promise does not limit statutory liability. Details are provided in the Returns and complaints policy, available before ordering.
7. Support and complaints about electronic services
Send questions and reports of store problems to help@gtaviceloot.com. We reply to messages within 24 hours. Reports about the operation of the store should describe the problem and provide a way to contact you. We handle complaints about electronic services within 14 days of receipt.
8. Privacy and disputes
Our Privacy policy explains how personal data is processed. Consumers may seek assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman and use out-of-court dispute resolution methods. Further information: polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. If a complaint remains unresolved, we will provide the required information about participation in the relevant procedure.
9. Final provisions
The terms made available when the order is placed apply to that order. Changes to these terms do not alter contracts already concluded. The application of Polish law does not deprive consumers of protection granted by mandatory provisions of the applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to customers by law.
